NTP Distribution Inc., Wilsonville, Ore., and Keystone Automotive Operations Inc., Exeter, Pa., agreed on Keystone’s purchase of NTP, an RV aftermarket products distributor. 

Under the agreement, Keystone’s current RV division will roll into NTP, which will assume distribution of RV parts and accessories for both NTP and Keystone customers.

Automotive aftermarket distributor Keystone will be the parent company, and NTP will continue to service the RV industry under its own name.

Ed Orzetti, president and CEO of Keystone, will lead the combined organization. Greg Boyd will continue to serve as NTP president, reporting directly to Orzetti and serving as a member of Keystone’s senior leadership team. NTP’s senior management team will continue in its current functions and report directly to Boyd.
